Cover for Domestic Travel
Cover My Trip’s Domestic Travel Insurance is designed to cover you for wherever you may be heading in Australia. Whilst Medicare and if applicable your private health insurance can give you some peace of mind, it is not going to protect you from cancellations, rental car excess or the loss/theft of expensive equipment. We provide a level of cover for everything from luggage delays to theft of cash, so you can focus on everything this beautiful country has to offer!
Travel Delay Expenses
If a delay to your journey, from circumstances outside your control, we will reimburse the cost of your reasonable additional meals and accommodation expenses.

Luggage and Personal Effects
We provide cover in the event that during your journey, your luggage is stolen, accidentally damaged or permanently lost.

We provide cover in the event that during your journey, your luggage is delayed and you have to purchase temporary replacements.

We will reimburse any reasonable additional accommodation and travel expenses if you cannot travel for reasons beyond your control

We will pay the death benefit, to your estate if you are injured and pass away within twelve months of your journey.

Pre-Existing Medical Cover
Our Travel Insurance automatically covers a wide range of pre-approved medical conditions outlined in the Product Disclosure Statement. In addition to the pre-approved, pre-existing medical conditions each traveller can apply online for medical screening of pre-existing medical conditions not detailed in the Product Disclosure Statement as pre-approved.

Cover for Dependent Children
Cover My Trip Travel Insurance Policies cover your Dependent Children* when travelling with their Parent(s) or Grandparent(s) at no additional charge for the Standard Policy Coverage.
